We are currently looking for a Workplace & Facilities Coordinator who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Office Manager, your focus will be on maintaining high standards in facilities, safety and overall workplace experience. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for creating safe, comfortable and engaging workplace spaces with your capacity for creative problem-solving and process improvement. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will do
  • Oversee facilities and office management, ensuring the workspace is well organised, respected, and welcoming for employees and guests.
  • Support a positive and efficient workplace by bringing fresh ideas to enhance office dynamics and the overall employee experience.
  • Coordinate service providers and manage day-to-day facilities operations to ensure the smooth running of the workplace.
  • Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues, carrying out or arranging repairs to keep the office safe, functional, and well maintained.
  • Coordinate local health & safety activities, including training, incident investigations, hazard assessments, emergency planning, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations with support from external consultants where required.
What you should bring
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage facilities, maintain structure, and keep the office environment running smoothly.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues quickly and resolve them efficiently.
  • Demonstrable experience in office management, facilities, or health & safety, including risk assessments, training, or emergency preparedness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with employees, service providers, authorities, and external partners.
  • Creativity and initiative to contribute new ideas that improve office culture, comfort, and overall workplace experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
