Job Title: Storage Leasing Agent - Part Time 2 days a week
Hourly rate: $22
Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays 9am - 6pm

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Leasing Agent to provide coverage on Fridays and Saturdays. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting leasing operations during high-traffic days. Responsibilities include assisting customers with providing facility tours, processing rentals, handling payments, and ensuring a secure, clean, and welcoming environment. Prior leasing or customer service experience is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet self-storage customers and answer phones & email
- Show & rent out storage units
- Complete the lease paperwork
- Collect and apply payments
- Sweep and make ready vacant storage units
- Turn Leads and Reservations into rentals
Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
- Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
