About This Position
Description:
The Fullington Auto Bus Company is seeking a full-time Recruitment & Marketing Specialist to support hiring and marketing efforts for our motorcoach and school bus operations. This role primarily leads full-cycle driver recruitment while also supporting marketing initiatives and brand consistency to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in a competitive labor market.
- Assist in developing recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create engaging content (social media posts, ads, flyers, videos) to promote driver opportunities and company culture.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, partnerships with technical training schools, etc.
- Represent company at job fairs and community outreach events.
- Conduct screenings, interviews and coordinate hiring processes in collaboration with human resources, operations and safety teams. Ensure compliance with all company hiring standards and regulations under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Department of Transportation.
- Partner with Human Resources, Sales, Operations and Safety to improve candidate experience and employee retention.
Qualifications include:
- Education equivalent to associate’s degree in marketing or human resources
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or marketing (transportation experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Computer skills; expertise with digital platforms and basic marketing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
