- Drive the full sales cycle for software solutions, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing of new and existing opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer bases and increase adoption of software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
- Leverage partner ecosystems and internal resources to strengthen pipeline development and accelerate deal closure.
- Apply a consultative, value-based selling approach to uncover customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined account mapping to support sales performance.
- 10+ years of experience in field sales roles with a strong track record of exceeding quota.
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions in complex environments.
- Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles within large organizations.
- Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to navigate multiple organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams and contributing to shared success.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities through discovery, consultative questioning, and active listening.
