In this role, you will operate at the intersection of AI innovation, enterprise software, and customer experience transformation. You will partner closely with sales teams to guide complex enterprise deals, translating technical capabilities into compelling business value for large organizations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead discovery sessions, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how conversational and generative AI can reshape customer engagement at scale. You will play a key role in shaping winning strategies across CCaaS and AI-driven automation opportunities. This is a high-impact, customer-facing position in a fast-moving environment where technical depth, storytelling, and business acumen come together. You will also contribute to thought leadership and help internal teams elevate their technical expertise in AI-powered customer experience solutions.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design discussions to identify customer challenges and align AI-driven CX solutions to business needs
- Deliver engaging, tailored demos and presentations that clearly articulate product value and transformation outcomes
- Develop and execute proof-of-value (POV) initiatives to demonstrate real-world impact and accelerate deal progression
- Respond to RFI/RFPs with differentiated, value-focused solutions that highlight competitive advantages
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support enterprise deal strategy and influence key stakeholder decisions
- Stay current on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies in conversational AI, CCaaS, and digital engagement
- Act as a technical advisor across teams, sharing expertise and enabling broader organizational capability in AI solutions
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or enterprise sales architecture roles within complex software environments
- 7+ years of customer-facing consulting or technical engagement experience
- 5+ years of experience in contact center / CCaaS environments with strong domain understanding
- Strong technical background in JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, browser tools)
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-code automation platforms
- Experience with SaaS architectures, APIs, and system integrations in enterprise environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to revenue and customer impact
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deals and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
- Nice to have: experience with Cognigy, NiCE platforms, or similar CCaaS / AI CX solutions; familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
