In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle while building a strong pipeline and driving revenue growth across a defined commercial territory. Your responsibilities include:
- Owning the full end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery and qualification to negotiation and close of new business opportunities.
- Developing and executing strategic account and territory plans to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals within commercial-sized organizations, primarily engaging marketing and sales decision-makers.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects by understanding their business challenges and articulating tailored value propositions.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline while continuously identifying new opportunities within target accounts.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to support deal progression.
- Navigating competitive landscapes and positioning solutions effectively within a value-based selling framework.
- Leading structured sales processes using modern methodologies and leveraging digital sales tools to drive efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings strong SaaS sales expertise and a proven track record of closing complex deals in mid-market environments. You should be highly consultative, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a high-energy, performance-focused culture. Key qualifications include:
- 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including selling to organizations with 500+ employees.
- At least 2 years of experience in MarTech or related marketing technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with evidence of top performance achievements.
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and close new business consistently.
- Experience selling value-based outcomes such as lead generation, conversion optimization, and revenue impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, including engagement with senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and experience using CRM and virtual selling tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom, Webex).
