  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, innovation, and differentiated market positioning.
  • Develop structured alliance business plans, performance metrics, and long-term partnership roadmaps.
  • Lead co-innovation initiatives, including joint solution development, integrations, and technical collaboration programs with strategic partners.
  • Partner with engineering and delivery teams to align solution architectures and go-to-market offerings.
  • Activate alliances through co-selling, joint marketing campaigns, and field enablement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-level and VP stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Represent the organization in industry events, executive briefings, and strategic partner forums.
  • Track alliance performance, including pipeline contribution, co-sell success, and adoption metrics, and provide executive reporting.
  • Establish scalable alliance frameworks, best practices, and playbooks to support long-term growth of the function.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop alliance talent as the function expands.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, corporate development, or business development within technology, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise services environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling alliance programs with hyperscalers, AI platforms, or major enterprise technology providers.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, AI/ML ecosystems, and data infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems, co-sell motions, and alliance-driven revenue models.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational and execution capabilities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to travel and collaborate across global partner and internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred.
Benefits
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid options
  • Flexible paid time off and holidays
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage for employees and dependents
  • Retirement savings plan to support long-term financial planning
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) options
  • Life and AD&D insurance coverage
  • Professional development programs, certifications, and training opportunities
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI, cloud, and enterprise transformation projects
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment with global teams
  • Opportunity to work with leading global enterprise clients across multiple industries
