Senior Account Executive

This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in complex, consultative, and high-value enterprise environments. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition while expanding strategic customer accounts through a land-and-expand motion across the EMEA region. Operating in a fully remote, global-first organization, you will engage with senior stakeholders, navigate multi-threaded sales cycles, and close impactful deals that directly contribute to revenue growth. The position combines outbound prospecting, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Customer Success, RevOps, and Business Development. You will play a key role in shaping how large organizations adopt global employment solutions, while building long-term customer partnerships. This is a highly autonomous role where commercial excellence, relationship-building, and structured sales execution are critical to success.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle across strategic accounts, driving both new business acquisition and long-term revenue expansion through consultative selling and structured pipeline management.

  • Drive new business growth through proactive outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts using land-and-expand and multi-threaded relationship strategies
  • Lead complex, high-value sales cycles from qualification to close, engaging multiple stakeholders at executive level
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline using structured methodologies such as MEDDIC
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product and service delivery
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close sophisticated deals with a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) to track performance, forecast accurately, and maintain pipeline hygiene
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members while contributing to broader revenue initiatives
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise sales expertise, a proven track record of quota attainment, and the ability to navigate complex, global sales environments with senior stakeholders.

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally combining new business acquisition and account management
  • Proven success consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex, high-value deals
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder and consultative sales cycles in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding and practical application of MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
  • Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships across global organizations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex value propositions
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic pipeline management capabilities
  • Experience working in distributed, remote-first or global sales teams is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
