**Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant**
As aMonarch Leasing Consultantyou are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $16.00 to $18.00 /HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!
Location: South Bend, IN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm with Saturdays 10am to 4pm required!

- $16.00 to $18.00 an hour
- Eligible for Monarchs Commission Structure / up to $100 per new move-in you secure

What You Will be Doing:
  • Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
  • Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
  • Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
What You Need to Have:
  • Strong computer skills
  • 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
  • Skilled problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An unmatched dedication to customer service
  • The drive to learn and get better everyday
