Accountabilities:
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the enterprise AI governance framework aligned with NIST AI Risk Management Framework and global regulatory standards.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments for AI systems, vendors, and internal AI use cases, evaluating factors such as bias, security, transparency, and data usage.
  • Maintain AI governance documentation, including risk registers, inventories, control tracking, and audit-ready records.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Product, and IT teams to document risks, define mitigation actions, and track remediation progress.
  • Support the development and monitoring of AI-related policies, controls, and governance safeguards.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits, regulatory inquiries, and customer due diligence processes.
  • Track emerging AI regulations and contribute to updates of internal governance policies and standards.

  • Monitor control effectiveness and maintain accurate reporting on governance metrics and action items.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in compliance, AI governance, information governance, cybersecurity, privacy, or related fields.
  • Foundational understanding of AI governance principles, risk management frameworks, or emerging AI regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting risk assessments, compliance controls, or policy development in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess technical and regulatory risks and document findings clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across Legal, Security, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing regulatory and technological landscape.
  • Exposure to AI lifecycle governance, third-party risk assessments, or audit processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GRC platforms or compliance tooling is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards (approximately 54,400 to 120,750 USD base range).
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan with employee stock purchase program.
  • Wellness support including digital wellness tools, mental health resources, and employee assistance programs.
  • Paid time off, volunteer days, and employee resource group participation opportunities.
  • Inclusive, collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and professional development.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI governance and enterprise risk management practices.
  • Strong career growth opportunities within a global, innovation-driven organization.
