This role is a unique opportunity to lead and scale data-driven lifecycle marketing initiatives that directly impact customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will own the full customer journey, from onboarding to long-term loyalty, designing high-performing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, you will work across marketing automation platforms to build, test, and optimize campaigns at scale. - Own and manage lifecycle marketing strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention, ensuring a seamless and optimized customer journey.
- Design, build, and execute targeted, trigger-based, and always-on campaigns using marketing automation platforms to drive conversion and engagement.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Implement and optimize personalized communication strategies across email, web, and digital touchpoints to improve user experience and product adoption.
- Establish scalable marketing processes, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency in execution.
- Drive A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, customer experience, technology, and brand teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital or lifecycle marketing with a strong track record of driving growth and measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization and reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions is a plus.
