Scheduler- Therapy Services at Cookeville Regional Medical Center – Cookeville, Tennessee

The Therapy Scheduler is responsible for performing secretarial, clerical, communication, customer service, basic medical terminology, therapy scheduling, interacting directly with the staff. Personnel in this position must understand and operate information systems software including, but not limited to Order Management, or Scheduling, and Order Fax system. This position is also be responsible for exercising professional judgment while performing services in a demeanor complimentary to customer service and medical ethics. Other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Additional education in business or medical field preferred.
