Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation.
• Support the lead installer with job site tasks, material handling, system setup, and overall workflow.
• Help read and follow blueprints, schematics, and job scopes to ensure proper equipment placement and installation.
• Assist in completing work according to local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
• Learn from and take direction from lead installers to build technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Help maintain accurate job documentation and assist with system start-up, testing, and basic commissioning tasks.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed and help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Load, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each job.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
• Report installation issues, missing materials, or job site delays to the lead installer or Install Manager.
• Represent the company professionally on every job site with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal).
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Professional, dependable, and safety-focused.
