The Meat Cutter is responsible for ensuring the store's meat department provides positive earnings and the department operates at standards set by the company. The Meat Cutter will assist the store manager by training employees, and in directing effective safety, security and sanitation programs, leads self and meat department team in a manner that maximizes sales and profits and assists the store manager in compliance of all company policies and procedures. Must have two years previous experience working in perishables (produce/fresh meat), using hand tools and power equipment such as knives, slicers, grinders, cubing machine and power saw.
