L.E. Belcher Inc., a leading regional distributor of petroleum products, is searching for great people to join our Convenience Store Team. We are currently seeking energetic, hard-working, friendly people to fill entry and Assistant Manager roles throughout our chain of 13 convenience stores.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work a flexible schedule that may include nights/weekends/ holidays, possess solid communication and math skills, have high standards and a desire to provide the BEST customer experience.

All team members engage in positive interaction with customers and vendors, shift accounting and reporting, inventory stocking, general housekeeping of all areas of the facility, as well as many other functions as directed by management.

To effectively perform the required duties, applicants must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and thrive in what can be a fast paced environment that will keep you on your feet for long stretches of time, have a reliable form of transportation to work, and an outstanding attendance history. While always preferred, if you can exhibit the traits required to contribute to the team and our goals, experience is not necessary.
