About the Program
The Bindery Apprenticeship Program is a structured, hands-on training initiative designed to prepare individuals for a professional career in the commercial printing and finishing industry. Apprentices gain real-world experience while learning essential technical skills in folding, stitching, trimming, and binding.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in a team and take direction
- Commitment to completing a multi-month apprenticeship program
Program Structure
- Duration: 4-year structured training
- Format: 60% on-the-job training, 40% classroom/lab-based instruction

- Safety & Tools
- Binding Techniques
- Equipment Operation
- Finishing & Quality Control
