About the Role:

As a License Eligible Master's Child and Family Therapist based in Franklin, NH, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and mental well-being of children and families. Using best practices and a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models, you will provide direct clinical services, consultation, and case management to help children and their caregivers navigate challenges and build stronger futures.

This role is ideal for a compassionate, collaborative clinician who is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of young people.

Salary: $53200-$69200 annually


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual, family, parent, and group therapy
  • Provide support in various settings including office, school, home, and/or primary care locations
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Coordinate care with external agencies and community partners
  • Offer crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets agency and medical necessity standards

Requirements:

Qualifications:

We're looking for a clinician who is passionate about working with children and families and meets the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required
  • Eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire as an LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is required*
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (or reasonable alternative) are required for community-based work
