Property Accountant - Hybrid Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team on a direct-hire basis. The ideal accountant would have experience in Real Estate Accounting multifamily, or commercial real estate experience considered.

The ideal match for this position will have:

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting at a real estate firm
• Bachelor in Accounting from an accredited 4-year college/university
• Ability to work in MS Excel and an advanced level
• Strong grasp of Yardi software
• Tech-savvy, strong GAAP knowledge
• Critical thinking skills and analytics skills
• Strong Financial Statement Prep and Analysis
