Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct load calculations to ensure proper system sizing and efficient operation.
• Replace and install gas furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
• Perform ductwork installations, ensuring proper sealing and insulation.
• Balance airflow and adjust system components to achieve efficiency standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve refrigerant leaks and compressor issues in cooling systems.
• Install and configure thermostats and zoning systems to enhance energy efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including coil cleaning and filter replacement, for optimal system performance.
• Conduct system pressurization checks and adjust pressure settings for peak performance.
• Ensure all HVAC systems comply with safety and energy efficiency regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Valid HVAC license and proven work experience (strongly encouraged).
• Necessary tools for HVAC work.
