Seawall Dental, located in the vibrant community of Dundarave, West Vancouver, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our practice and requires an individual who demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Seawall Dental is a beautiful boutique clinic that is ocean front adjacent! We have been welcoming individuals and families from the Dundarave community for over 30 years and focus on providing a high level of patient care for optimal oral health!

We are a modern, fully equipped dental practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Located steps away from the beach in a well-established community, our practice combines advanced technology with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Senior experienced receptionist

• Completion of a Dental Administration Program (preferred)

• Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Cleardent)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to delivering excellent patient service
