About This Position
The Inventory & Production Specialist is the key Point of Contact (POC) between the Sales, Customer Support, purchasing, inventory and manufacturing teams driving Job Order Scheduling specific to meeting Customer delivery expectations. A wide degree of creativity and flexibility is expected.

· Interacts with departments and Management teams to supply production with inventory in a timely manner that see OTD of orders met
· Helps ensure QC metrics are obtained
· Keep warehouse neat, clean, organized, and safe.
· Ensure incoming stock is received in a timely manner both physically and digitally.
· Responsible for proper labeling of stock in the warehouse
· Maintains first in first out mentality of inventory
· Communicates with Purchasing Manager issues relating to incoming product and inventory variances
· Is POC for inventory counts as well as variances and root cause analysis
Skills / Qualifications
· Competency within a storage and warehousing facility
· Exhibits leadership ability
· Skilled in Office 365 to the level of managing reporting expectations
· Ability to prioritize and execute daily work assignments
· Understanding of overall customer satisfaction expectations specific to on-time-delivery (OTD)
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly as unloading trucks and containers, as well as rotating stock by hand is required.
· Forklift operation is required. Training done on site.
Job Requirements
· Knowledge of inventory systems management
· Ability to drive and implement accuracy within a warehouse system
· Willingness to provide a flexible work schedule including overtime during the week and on Saturday as needed
· All other duties as assigned
