JOB SUMMARY:

As a Professional Services (PS) TCR Trainer, you will enable the successful implementation of Hyosung’s hardware and software products at leading financial institutions. Much of the time will be spent traveling to various branches teaching the branch staff how to use and maintain our TCRs. You will also provide our customers with technical expertise and on-site support for implementation of new products – from concept to delivery. You will gather customer requirements, use Hyosung’s existing product offerings to build a solution to match the client’s requirements, implement the solution with the client and provide initial support during the rollout of the project.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide training on implementation and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Provide detailed training reports
  • Gather and document customer requirements for implementation of new products
  • Provide guidance on configuration and setup of TCR software and hardware
  • Function as a subject matter expert and a resource for best practices for our clients
  • Support sales in quoting PS effort and drafting SOW for new effort requests
  • Manage the creation of new and existing training content
  • Assist our software support teams to solve support cases, when needed.
  • Serve a customer-facing role representing Hyosung to our customers and partners
  • Significant Travel Required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or 2+ years of working experience
  • Technical consulting experience in financial services a plus
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Building trusting relationships with clients to understand their needs
  • Experience with a variety of online banking systems
  • Working with product management to enhance current offerings and develop improvements
  • Knowledge of bank teller responsibilities, including making the following transactions:
    • Deposits
    • Withdrawals
    • Reversing a transaction
    • Buys / Sells
    • Audits
    • Balancing
  • The ability to take initiative and make decisions independently
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting / repairing Hyosung ATM or TCR equipment
  • General knowledge of ATM or TCR middleware and how it operates
  • Experience conducting training sessions for banking staff.
  • General knowledge of XML file structures and how to edit them
  • General Windows operating system knowledge
  • General computer networking and communication knowledge
  • General computer hardware knowledge
