As an Assistant General Manager you will play a vital role in leading and supporting operations!

Responsibilities:

• Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner
• Take customer orders over the counter and phone orders
• Offers information and suggestions about our menu to the customer
• After the customer is done ordering repeat the order to the customer
• Repeats order and show them their meal for accuracy
• Follows up with customers to make sure needs are being met.
• Acknowledges and addresses guest and Team Member concerns
• Understands follows and executes all food safety and work safety requirements
• Ensures product is being prepared, served and stored to company standard, following all food safety regulations (FIFO)
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Provides on-going coaching to store team. Identifies when processes and actions are consistent/inconsistent with restaurant expectations and standards and coach/praise in the moment.
• Floor Control (“aces in their places”) and provides breaks and meal periods
• Leads the team to success, by training, coaching, and mentoring
• Works closely with the General Manager to ensure proper store operations
