Job Description:

Grand Villa of Port Charlotte is seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join our team in providing exceptional transportation services for our senior living community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of residents to various appointments, activities, and outings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and events.

- Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle.

- Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle.

- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff regarding transportation schedules and needs.

- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to residents.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Previous experience in a driving or transportation role preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with seniors.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
