Our team proudly manufactures 160+ standard trailer models, covering a wide range of applications—including cargo, personal watercraft (PWC), horse and livestock, car haulers, snowmobile, landscape and utility, ATV, and motorcycle trailers. Position Summary:
- Use a tractor to move trailers in the shipping yard
- Operate forklifts to stack and load trailers
- Cut up lumber
- Sweep and clean work areas
- Sort and stack scrap plywood
- Build shipping boxes with a power nail gun
- Ensures compliance with all safety policies and that appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
- Work outdoors

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Standing – up to 90%
- Walking – up to 90%
- Crouching – up to 30%
- Lifting – approximately 50% during the shift
25 lbs. constantly and 50 pounds frequently
- Bending – up to 50 times/day
- Climbing – up to 20 times/day
- Kneeling – up to 50%
- Sight with the ability to distinguish color
- Driving seated – up to 50%
- Exposure to slippery work surfaces, dust, dirt and ice
- Exposure to extreme weather – 100% outside work
- Above average endurance
Desired Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous hands-on experience with tractors and forklifts required
- Previous hands-on experience with a variety of power tools preferred
Shift- Monday - Thursday 6am to 430pm and Fridays 7am to 1130am
