Compensation: $80,000 – $140,000 annually (DOE + performance incentives)

As a Plumbing Technician serving Louisville homeowners, you will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering a 5-star customer experience on every call.

Our top-performing Louisville technicians earn $80,000–$120,000+ annually through competitive pay and performance incentives.

• Professionally represent Tom Drexler in every Louisville customer interaction

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

• Install water heaters, fixtures, piping, and plumbing equipment

• Perform drain cleaning and sewer services

• Educate customers on repair and replacement options

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Follow all Kentucky plumbing codes and safety standards

• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates

• Deliver 5-star service — every call, every home

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience and at least an active KY Journeyman's License

• Valid Kentucky driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

• Commitment to customer service excellence

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

• Kentucky plumbing license (preferred)
