SUMMARY: This role serves as product expert on the marketing side, owning expertise in assigned product areas and informing the marketing team of changes and updates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as product expert for assigned destinations.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives for new product and promotional launches.
  • Validate and distribute itinerary updates; ensure product information is accurate across all marketing and training channels (website, brochures, email, collateral).
  • Manage promotional offer accuracy, pricing, and terms across all channels.
  • Align product marketing priorities with Revenue Management insights.
  • Research and monitor competitive product activity, including itineraries, pricing, promotions, onboard programs, and positioning, to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.
  • Support development and execution of new theme cruises with Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Support internal and external inquiries via AskMarketing inbox.
  • Moderate Webinar Wednesday sessions as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software, Database Software, Internet Software, Spreadsheet Software, Word Processing Software, Electronic Mail Software, Presentation Software, Phone Software

Other skills required:

  • Proficiency in Asana and/or other project management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
