In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate tax clients, guiding them to maximize the value of their solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will build strong relationships, deliver tailored education, and monitor customer health while collaborating with internal teams to address challenges and identify growth opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will leverage technology platforms to track customer engagement, forecast opportunities, and provide actionable insights that enhance retention and satisfaction. Accountabilities:
  • Partner with corporate tax clients to define success metrics and track progress toward business outcomes.
  • Deliver educational programs and best practices throughout the customer lifecycle to enhance adoption and utilization.
  • Monitor customer health using usage data and analytics, escalating critical concerns when necessary.
  • Identify and activate opportunities for commercial growth in collaboration with the sales and advisory teams.
  • Build and maintain Customer Success Plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and retention goals.
  • Leverage CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce) to manage client information, track engagement, and report on forecasts.
  • Represent the Customer Success function in cross-functional meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to improve client experience.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in customer success roles.
  • Direct experience in corporate or business tax is required.
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, cloud delivery models, and ERP applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar customer success platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering strategic guidance to clients.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
