Confidential Search

We are conducting a confidential search for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Benefits & Payroll Manager to lead enterprise-wide payroll operations and benefits administration in a fully remote capacity.
This high-impact role oversees multi-state payroll, comprehensive benefits programs, and regulatory compliance while serving as a trusted advisor across a midsize Manufacturing company.

Candidates located on the East Coast are strongly preferred to align with core business operating hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Manage and optimize comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental, retirement, and wellness offerings.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for payroll and benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Analyze payroll and benefits data to identify efficiencies, cost controls, and process improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and executive leadership to align total rewards strategy with business objectives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, internal controls, and documentation standards.


Required Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Advanced, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
    This includes payroll processing, system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Proven multi-state payroll and compliance expertise.
  • Strong analytical and systems-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and regulatory knowledge.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented leadership style with strong communication skills.
