Accountabilities

Serve as the system owner and subject-matter expert for the performance and learning platform.
Lead system configuration and enhancements aligned to business needs.
Act as the primary liaison with vendors and stakeholders for integrations and updates.
Maintain platform governance including user roles and security standards.
Plan and execute testing cycles and system updates.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Collaborate on the design and maintenance of competency frameworks.
Support succession planning and talent management processes.
Develop and manage Individual Development Plan tools and resources.
Ensure performance management frameworks are integrated effectively.
Lead multiple learning initiatives and system projects.
Develop detailed project plans and coordinate resources.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required.
6+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
23 years of experience administering or implementing LMS or HR technology platforms.
24 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, or People Operations.
Expertise in performance management systems and frameworks.
Strong project management skills.
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize initiatives.
Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
