About This Position

UX Lead (Product & Growth)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a UX Lead (Product & Growth) in France.

The UX Lead (Product & Growth) will take full ownership of user experience design and research across high-growth digital products, turning UX into a measurable driver of product performance. You will lead designers and frontend engineers, establish scalable design systems, and implement structured, data-driven UX research to optimize activation, retention, and conversion. This role offers the opportunity to shape the product experience end-to-end, collaborating closely with Product and Growth teams while directly influencing business outcomes. You will operate in a fast-paced, innovative environment where design is a key lever for growth, building frameworks and processes that scale across multiple products and markets.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and frontend engineers, fostering a culture of high-quality design and collaboration.
  • Define, implement, and maintain a consistent, scalable design system that ensures design excellence across all products.
  • Conduct structured UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and analytics, to inform actionable product decisions.
  • Analyze product data, identify patterns, define hypotheses, and collaborate with data teams to drive experiments that improve retention, activation, and conversion.
  • Optimize user journeys, onboarding flows, and monetization experiences with a measurable impact on product growth.
  • Audit and continuously improve the end-to-end user experience, ensuring it aligns with business and product goals.
  • Partner closely with Product and Growth teams to integrate UX as a core driver of product strategy and performance.
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in D2C, SaaS, or consumer digital products.
  • Strong design leadership experience, including managing designers and implementing scalable design systems.
  • Expertise in UX research methodologies and ability to translate insights into product improvements.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Clarity, or similar, and experience turning data into actionable design decisions.
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, conversion, retention, and growth optimization.
  • Systems thinker with the ability to design scalable UX patterns, not one-off screens.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale and influence stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and designing in environments where UX is implemented directly in frontend.
  • Nice to have: experience in CRO, A/B testing, LegalTech or document tools, and consumer product experimentation.
Benefits
  • Remote work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere within ±4 hours of CET.
  • Unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize well-being.
  • Paid national holidays for additional rest and balance.
  • Company-provided MacBook for seamless productivity.
  • Flexible independent contractor arrangement, offering autonomy and entrepreneurial opportunities.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact UX initiatives that directly influence product growth and retention.
  • Collaborative and high-performance work culture with opportunities for personal and professional development.
