This is an exciting and strategic marketing role focused on driving brand growth and lead generation through data-driven content and campaigns. You will own the creation and execution of high-impact marketing assets—webinars, guides, playbooks, and other educational resources—designed to engage B2B audiences and support pipeline growth. The role combines creativity, retail media expertise, and strong analytical skills to translate data and insights into compelling narratives that influence business outcomes. Working closely with demand generation and analytics teams, you will optimize campaigns, measure performance, and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives. - Develop and execute content strategies aligned with lead generation and revenue goals
- Create high-performing marketing assets including guides, checklists, playbooks, webinars, and evergreen content
- Partner with demand generation teams to ensure campaigns are optimized for conversion and ROI
- Analyze proprietary data and collaborate with BI/analytics teams to transform insights into compelling narratives
- Support the planning, development, and execution of webinars and other interactive content initiatives
- Optimize content across channels, including email marketing, landing pages, and digital distribution platforms
- Stay current on retail media trends, B2B marketing best practices, and competitive insights
- Manage timelines, cross-functional collaboration, and ensure on-time delivery of marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS
- Direct experience in retail media, eCommerce, or digital advertising industries
- Proven ability to create content that drives measurable pipeline impact
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience analyzing raw data and translating insights into actionable narratives
- Proficiency in email marketing, landing page optimization, and content distribution best practices
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
