As a Creative Project Manager, you will serve as the essential bridge between vision and execution, acting as the primary conductor for all creative workstreams within a rapidly growing, mission-driven brand. This role offers the opportunity to bring order to ambiguity, managing the end-to-end delivery of high-impact brand campaigns, digital email flows, and physical collateral. You will operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your obsession with workflow optimization and resource allocation directly ensures the quality of every customer touchpoint. By building efficient systems and acting as the central source of truth, you will empower a team of designers and writers to do their best work. End-to-End Execution: Oversee the entire lifecycle of creative projects by reviewing briefs, establishing milestones, facilitating reviews, and aggressively removing blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
Resource & Capacity Management: strategically assign creative talent—including designers, copywriters, and video editors—to projects while monitoring team bandwidth and reshuffling tasks based on shifting business priorities.
Workflow Optimization: Obsess over the maintenance and optimization of structured workflows within Asana, translating project briefs into actionable tasks and maintaining a highly organized system.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams and stakeholders, owning all review scheduling, calendar management, and status updates to keep project alignment transparent.
Quality & Risk Control: Troubleshoot all creative requests to ensure clarity before execution and proactively identify resource constraints or timeline bottlenecks, escalating critical risks to leadership as needed.
Experience & Environment: 4–5+ years of dedicated project management experience, specifically within a creative agency or internal creative department setting.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of project management software (with a strong preference for Asana), alongside proficiency in Slack and the Google Suite.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities with an inclusive communication style, capable of mobilizing diverse groups of people and resources toward a common goal.
Analytical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex briefs and manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
