This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced medical imaging systems, delivering final installations, troubleshooting, and repairs across North America. You will directly impact patient care and customer satisfaction by ensuring systems operate reliably and efficiently. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving, and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and travel frequently. You will manage installations from start to finish, including coordinating logistics, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and maintaining equipment and documentation. - Perform final installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on advanced medical imaging systems including SPECT, PET, and PET/CT instrumentation
- Ensure timely and effective system performance for superior customer satisfaction
- Manage financial costs and company assets related to installations, including tools, inventory, and equipment
- Complete all installation documentation according to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain up-to-date training for compliance with state and local regulations
- Organize travel arrangements, manage expenses, and follow company guidelines
- Provide professional, responsive support to customers during installation and operational processes
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer-based tools for communication and reporting
- Strong technical competency in instrument systems, including mechanics, electrical, and software technologies
- Self-starter with excellent judgment, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Logical and methodical problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record over the past three years
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 80% of the time
- Preferred: 2–5 years of experience in medical installations, familiarity with factory SPECT/PET configurations, and knowledge of FDA medical equipment standards
- Competitive salary range: $67,550 – $92,884 (dependent on experience, location, and qualifications)
