Area President - Charlotte market at Crews Bank & Trust – Port Charlotte, Florida

Crews Bank & Trust is looking for a proven market leader to champion our growth in the Charlotte County market. As Area President, you will set the direction for market performance—driving profitable expansion across retail and commercial banking while building deep, trusted relationships with local businesses and community partners. You’ll lead and develop high-performing retail and lending teams, execute enterprise strategic initiatives at the market level, and deliver results that strengthen both our customers and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all banking operations and market strategy across Charlotte County
• Drive loan, deposit, and revenue growth aligned with bank objectives
• Coach, develop, and retain top talent across the market
• Strengthen community engagement and brand presence
• Ensure consistent execution of service standards and fiduciary responsibility
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and performance outcomes

Candidate Profile/Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in banking or financial services; Prefer 10+ years of experience
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through growth and change
• Deep commitment to community engagement
• Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
• Bachelor's degree in finance or business related field (or equivalent financial institution experience)
