Senior Offshore at Ubiquity Global Services US, Inc. – Taguig

• Intake of invoices and comparison to contractual terms
• Management of approval process for invoices
• Recording of invoices in Quickbooks online
• Reconciliation of detailed daily banking transactions (knowledge of bank accounting a major plus)
• Conversion of banking activity into P&L and Balance Sheet changes
• Working with outside accounting firm on audited financials
• Developing and delivering financial reporting to executive management

Ideal Candidates Have:

• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
• US CPA is a plus
• 5 Years of Accounting Experience
• Exposed to using ERPs - Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP
• Experience in Banking Industry is major plus
• Amenable to work on a hybrid arrangement
• Willing to work on graveyard shift
