This role offers an opportunity to play a key part in improving patient access to specialty medications while supporting clinic partners in delivering high-quality care. You will coordinate between patients, providers, and operational teams to streamline workflows, manage prescription fulfillment, and resolve issues efficiently. The position requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex processes in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment. You will take ownership of projects across areas such as claims reconciliation, credentialing, PBM audits, and supply management, while contributing to the optimization of clinic operations. - Coordinate with clinic partners to ensure adequate inventory, supplies, and accurate medication ordering
- Streamline processes and workflows in partnership with clinical and operations teams
- Monitor prescription fulfillment, troubleshoot issues with claims, payments, and equipment, escalating when necessary
- Serve as the liaison between patients, providers, and operational teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Lead projects in areas such as PBM audits, claims reconciliation, credentialing, legal compliance, accreditation, IT implementation, and supply management
- Support clinic partner onboarding, training, and ongoing process improvements
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and patient satisfaction across all responsibilities
Requirements:
- Experience in pharmacy operations, specialty medication coordination, or related healthcare roles
- Strong understanding of pharmacy technician skills, claims processing, and patient care workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to challenges
- Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, providers, and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working with IT platforms, electronic health records, and workflow systems
- Experience with benefits investigation, prior authorization, and financial assistance programs preferred
