This role offers the opportunity to drive actionable insights and operational excellence through AI-enabled analytics and product intelligence. You will lead the design, monitoring, and continuous improvement of key performance metrics, translating data and AI-generated insights into strategic business decisions. By applying process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies, you will help optimize growth, retention, and operational predictability. Collaboration across Finance, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams is central, ensuring insights translate into measurable impact. This position balances analytical rigor with practical execution, combining advanced data modeling, root-cause analysis, and AI-assisted experimentation to accelerate decision-making and improve product and operational outcomes. Your work will directly influence how the organization leverages AI and analytics to drive performance at scale.
- Own KPI architecture, including definitions, lineage, SLAs, and AI-supported validation to ensure reliable decision-making
- Monitor leading indicators such as activation, adoption depth, quality, and time-to-value using automated and AI-driven tools
- Conduct structured root-cause analysis (RCA) and lead closed-loop improvement cycles to optimize processes, backlogs, and operating models
- Support revenue modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams
- Build dashboards and measurement frameworks in Power BI or Tableau, leveraging AI tools to automate insights
- Design and deliver business reviews and actionable recommendations that translate data into decisions
- Validate data instrumentation, telemetry, and quality, working closely with engineering teams to enable accurate reporting and analytics
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, BizOps, RevOps, or FP&A analytics (or equivalent)
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with semantic layers
- Advanced BI skills with Power BI and/or Tableau
- Demonstrated experience leading RCA and implementing corrective actions across cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen (Green Belt preferred)
- Experience with experimentation platforms, causal measurement, and AI-enabled analytics is highly desirable
- Familiarity with product instrumentation, delivery tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps), and reliability engineering metrics (DORA)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a decision-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% for internal meetings
