- Support the design and execution of impact evaluations across the full research lifecycle, from question development to analysis and interpretation
- Collaborate with external research partners on study design, including experimental frameworks, sampling strategies, and analytical approaches
- Conduct literature reviews to inform intervention design and identify relevant evidence
- Assist in developing, testing, and refining survey instruments, ensuring methodological rigor and accurate implementation
- Act as a bridge between research and technical teams to ensure smooth deployment of digital data collection tools
- Monitor and validate incoming data, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with research expectations
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong research partnerships and communication
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights to inform programmatic and strategic decisions
- Contribute to reports, briefs, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent applied experience
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in impact evaluation, research, or related roles within NGOs, research organizations, or consultancies
- Strong understanding of causal inference and evaluation methodologies, including randomized controlled trials (RCTs)
- Experience with digital data collection tools and survey implementation
- Ability to critically assess research design, data quality, and analytical outputs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex findings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Preferred: experience with RCT implementation, survey design, or external research partner coordination
- Preferred: familiarity with global health programs, especially in maternal and child health or immunization
