Processing Team Leader - Sterile Processing at Kettering Health Network – Centerville, Ohio

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Sterile Processing certification required through either the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management (IAHCSMM) or the Certification Body for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD), preferably at the supervisor level.
• Previous experience in Sterile Processing required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office, Outlook (e-mail), SPM, etc. preferred
• Must be able to work independently in all three areas of Sterile Processing: decontamination, case carts and preparation/packaging.
