THE POSITION…

As a Communications Project Coordinator, you will provide project management and administrative support to the Advertising and Public Relations department. You’ll coordinate the execution and delivery of projects in collaboration with key stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will need to work independently, contribute to the smooth completion of marketing projects, meet deadlines and reduce the number of variables that affect deliverables.

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF…

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • You have a minimum 1 year of project management experience.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You are organized, focused, and results oriented.
  • You are a problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
  • You have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

WE WOULD REALLY LIKE IT IF… (but it’s not a deal breaker)

  • You have project management experience in a communications or related field.
  • You have Macintosh platform experience.
  • You have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT…

  • Oversee day-to-day project delivery, track progress, adjust plans to meet deadlines, and coordinate the accurate and efficient completion of marketing and public relations projects
  • Serve as liaison between the Advertising and Public Relations department, third-party resources, and other
    internal departments
  • Generate targeted mailing lists, marketing campaigns, and activities
  • Manage marketing material inventory
  • Create media kits for trade shows and industry events
  • Communicate marketing updates to company leadership and employees
