Experienced Vineyard Tractor and Spray Operator at Post Winery Inc – Altus, Arkansas

Description: We are seeking an experienced Vineyard Tractor operator and field tech to join our grape production team. You will perform vineyard operations crucial to the success of the vineyards production. Focus will be on the maneuvering of implements including grape hoe and mechanical pruners, safe pesticide/fungicide application, equipment maintenance, and general vineyard duties. Experience with drip irrigation and trellis maintenance systems a plus. Requirements: Proven experience operating agricultural machinery and spray rigs.Valid driver’s licenseReliable transportationAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Strong attention to safety and chemical application protocols.Basic mechanical aptitude (hydraulic systems knowledge is a plus). Experience with tractor/sprayer operation.Experience with growing plants or landscaping operations.Ability to work independently and safely.
