We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring accurate claim resolution, seamless billing, effective accounts receivable management, and exceptional service to patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Resolution & Analysis:

• Resolve denied claims and analyze reimbursement trends.
• Ensure timely and accurate reimbursements for billed charges.
• Collaborate with private and government payers for prompt account payments.

Specialty Billing & Payments:

• Manage monthly specialty billing for onsite services.
• Prepare deposits and post payments using EOBs.
• Maintain and reconcile Accounts Receivable records to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Generate AR reports and assist leadership in identifying collection trends.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Assist with occasional front desk coverage.
• Use project management tools to organize tasks efficiently.
• Support physical/occupational therapy departments with innovative contributions.
