• Lead product discovery and validate hypotheses with real usage data.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business development teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Work with community and marketing teams to drive user acquisition and growth.
• Establish frameworks for experimentation and drive execution toward key goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop team members as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Track record of launching and scaling complex financial or trading products.
• Experience in user acquisition and growth, working closely with marketing.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and product performance assessment.
• Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders on a shared vision.
