The Manager, Growth Strategy will monitor network performance, optimize capacity, and ensure that clinical coverage aligns with member demand and organizational goals. By leveraging analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and operational insights, this position drives scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance network adequacy and support sustainable program expansion. The role requires synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations, leading key initiatives from concept through execution, and influencing organizational strategy with a focus on quality, accessibility, and measurable outcomes.   • Monitor and optimize network adequacy across clinical programs, ensuring coverage meets member needs and performance standards
  • Define and track key performance drivers, creating reporting frameworks that provide real-time insight into network health and scalability
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for network performance, identifying root causes for fluctuations and recommending targeted improvements
  • Drive cross-functional strategies with Clinical, Product, and Operations teams to implement scalable solutions and close network gaps
  • Synthesize complex data into actionable insights to inform near-term operational decisions and long-term strategic planning
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership to support alignment, investment decisions, and program evolution
  • Lead high-priority initiatives end-to-end, from initial concept and stakeholder engagement through execution and post-launch evaluation
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or related fields; healthcare experience is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex, ambiguous challenges
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets/SQL required; Salesforce a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, able to distill insights from complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proven project management abilities and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with network adequacy or network management is preferred
  • Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
