- Own end-to-end deployment and configuration of the SaaS platform from kickoff through go-live
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including technical, operational, and executive teams
- Conduct client training sessions, workshops, and presentations to ensure platform adoption and success
- Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive client KPIs and business outcomes
- Partner with product and development teams to identify issues, track remediation, and propose platform enhancements
- Support revenue expansion through cross-sell, upsell, and retention initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance to clients while serving as the voice of the customer internally
- 5+ years of client-facing experience in enterprise SaaS, technical sales, consulting, sales engineering, or customer success
- Strong analytical and technical foundation with commercial orientation and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including experience engaging C-level executives
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented with a hustle mentality
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, data analysis, and software deployment processes
- InsurTech, FinTech, or startup experience is a plus
- Competitive base salary ($135,000$170,000 USD, depending on experience)
