Audit Senior Manager - Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Who: A seasoned audit leader with strong commercial and/or real estate audit experience and outstanding client service skills.
What: Lead audit engagements, mentor associates, manage client relationships, and support business development.

Position Overview:
The Audit Senior Manager will lead audit engagements across a variety of commercial industries, oversee the development of audit staff, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success and growth of the Richmond practice.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee audit engagements for commercial and real estate clients.
● Lead, mentor, and develop A&A associates through coaching and performance management.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
● Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
● Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for client expansion.
● Collaborate with firm leadership to advance practice goals and quality standards.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
● Active CPA license required.
● 7+ years of public accounting experience.
● Commercial and/or real estate audit experience preferred.
● Proven leadership and staff development skills.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities with a sense of urgency.
