In this role, you will have a significant impact on promoting human rights in supply chains by managing project activities related to child labor interventions in India. Your leadership will directly contribute to the establishment of a coalition aimed at ensuring fair practices among suppliers and local stakeholders. With a focus on governance, assessment, and capacity-building, you will drive positive change and aid in developing sustainable practices in the natural ingredients sector.Accountabilities
- Lead the project planning, execution, and monitoring of all project activities.
- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan and track key indicators and outcomes.
- Oversee partnerships with local implementing partners, processors, and suppliers.
- Organize and facilitate partner coordination meetings, learning workshops, and field visits.
- Develop progress reports, case studies, and internal updates.
- Lead procurement processes, including Terms of Reference and RFPs.
- At least 6 years of experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects focused on childrens rights and human rights due diligence.
- Background in project monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite; experience with MacOS preferred.
- Strong writing skills with experience in report authoring.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information and data accurately.
- Commitment to protecting workers rights.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and program management skills with attention to detail.
