ABP Best Home Care Agency has immediate opening for temporary (3-6 months)FT Bi-Lingual Chinese l /English Assistant to Program Coordinator to join our Team .

• Help, prepare and distribute weekly schedules for field staff
• Support in coordination of client services, including monitoring and updating scheduling changes
• Verify time sheets for accuracy and assist the Payroll/Billing Manager
• Ensure compliance of completed visits with the master schedule; report discrepancies to the supervisor promptly
• Obtain and report weekly visit counts
• Relay messages between field staff, office personnel, and community liaisons
• Maintain an up-to-date client roster with required information
• Demonstrate a professional, respectful, and helpful attitude with staff and clients
• Promote a positive and cooperative working environment among staff and affiliated community resources
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a coordinator or healthcare-related administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain office files, logbooks, and field staff schedules
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without constant supervision
• Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and agency scheduling systems
