We are currently looking for a Head of Technology Alliances in United States.This leadership role offers the opportunity to define and drive a comprehensive technology alliances strategy, expanding the companys ecosystem through strategic partner integrations. You will shape technical go-to-market plans, develop bilateral commercial models such as OEM or reselling agreements, and ensure technology is embedded across global partner platforms. Leading a high-performing team, you will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and solution architecture teams to deliver measurable business impact. This role is highly strategic, combining technical insight with commercial acumen to accelerate bookings, drive product adoption, and strengthen partner relationships worldwide. The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional leadership, partnership negotiation, and translating partner needs into actionable integration strategies.Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the technology alliances strategy, prioritizing product integrations and presenting business cases to leadership and engineering teams.
  • Develop and manage bilateral commercial models, including revenue targets, OEM agreements, and reselling partnerships.
  • Lead enablement initiatives with sales and solution architecture teams to drive partner engagement and account mapping.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a global technology alliances team, setting measurable performance goals linked to product adoption and partner-driven bookings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and strategic partners, ensuring successful integration and alignment of technical roadmaps.
  • Translate partner requirements into actionable product and integration priorities, influencing internal product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Technology Alliances or Business Development, preferably in B2B enterprise SaaS or IT hardware ecosystems.
  • Proven experience building and executing two-way partnership initiatives, including technical roadmaps and product integration plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environments to achieve business development or product goals.
  • Strong experience negotiating and managing bilateral revenue models, such as OEM or reselling agreements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally for partner events and technical enablement.
  • Preferred: MBA or advanced technical degree, prior experience managing a high-performing technology alliances team, and expertise in collaboration, communications, or enterprise security platforms.
